Who We Are
Founded by a team of three experienced professionals with over 24 years of combined expertise in the disability and community services sector, CareBridge Support Australia was established with a participant-first approach. Each of our founders has at least eight years of hands-on experience as Team Managers, Support Coordinators, and Direct Support Workers. We have seen firsthand the struggles individuals face when trying to access the right care, and we are committed to making a difference.
